Written Public-Record Requests

Use Nebraska's Public Records Act route when JUSTICE or the courthouse search does not provide a releasable record. State the case or citation number, court, date range, requested record, and preferred format. Ask for a cost estimate and the legal basis for any withholding. The county does not publish a warrant-specific online form, email, or fee schedule.

Records can be sealed, juvenile, investigative, or otherwise restricted. Ask for a redacted portion when a full file cannot be provided.
